The Highlander Typhoon Waterproof Jacket offers excellent protection against unfavourable weather conditions. Its polyester Ab-Tex Tri-Max fabrication makes it windproof, highly breathable for enhanced airflow, and wear-and-tear-resistant.
For additional weather protection, this three-season jacket features a full waterproof zip, Velcro and press stud closure storm flap, drawcord adjustable hem, elasticated Velcro adjustable cuffs, taped seams and a high storm collar.
Ventilation two-way underarm zips help regulate body temperature by releasing heat and moisture during military field operations, mountaineering, or trekking.
Under the chest pocket flaps are D-rings for attaching additional gear and a compass pocket can be found on the left chest pocket. Additional storage includes two hand pockets and two vertical Napoleon-style pockets (one under the storm flap and one on the inner side).
Further attributes include a concealed hood with a wired peak, a centre rank tab and Canadian buttons that enable ease of use while wearing gloves.
